This month we are blessed with many great events, the most important one is the consecration of Fr Markos and Fr Samuel as monks for the St Mark and St Samuel the confessor monastery in South Africa. Bishop Antonious Markos the Bishop of African Affairs accompanied by Fr Takla the abbot of the monastery have come to ordain two new monks for their monastery in South Africa. This is positive step towards the registration of the monastery in South Africa by the Holy Synod of the Coptic Church. May the Lord bless new monks and preserve them in their monastic struggle.

In this edition also we are glad to announce the winners of this years Christian Music Competition. We enjoyed the entries of this years competition and we hope to produce them in an album in the near future.
